I had some issues . the automatic minibar system was not great, and even water wasn't complimentary. i seemed like i was always waiting for something, check-in, the room itself, my luggage, and then check-out. the promised luggage delivery to my room never happened. I found it still in storage late in the evening. also, i encountered a long line during check-out.

this hotel reminded me of a haven. the porters moved our luggage so smoothly from the room to the cruise cabin, it was magic. i had the best time printing luggage labels thanks to the front desk support, it gave me peace.

i wish there were water bottles in my room. it seemed like such a small thing missing in all the loveliness.

the rooftop pool felt amazing, especially the hot tub on the 3rd-floor roof balcony. i saw a gym on hotel, though i didn't use it, it looked nice with large windows letting in sunlight and i noticed umbrellas available too. there is parking available at the hotel.

The hotel is near the cruise dock. the seabus and train to the airport are close. nearby are many good options for breakfast and dinner. Some restaurants is very close.

i enjoyed the harbour view room, it had broad windows even in the bathroom. a large king size bed and superb view created a sense of calm. my room was spacious with walk in shower, coffee machine and fridge.
